FASA 365 Day 197. Mr. Hyde, Snark, for 1879. After Magic came back, the Doctor contracted the “Looking Glass Fever”. Jekyll, the Gentlemen Doctor became Hyde, a best mate?
Many tales have been told of the timid Dr. Jekyll, and his terrible counterpart, Mr. Hyde. In 1879… the truth can finally be told.
The truth being that the Doctor was the real villain. Overcharging his patients. Overbearing, snob and always had a look on his face that he smelled something awful. On the other hand, there’s Hyde.
When the regulars at the “Crown and Bowler” were asked of Hyde…
“A truer mate you’ll never find.”
“Always good for a beer and a brawl.”
“Cross him and he’ll beat you senseless, BUT after, he’ll see you home, safe and sound, and a bit wiser.”
They all agreed. If there were a ‘donnybrook’ afoot…
“There’s no one else we’d want at our side.’
‘If the Doc was a gentlemen, we’d rather know our Hyde.”
