FASA 365 Day 339, Daemones Furrure Pila, (Devil’s Fur Ball), 12-15 inch. Carnivorous.
Not Feline. Maybe Canine, nobody ever caught one to verify, (without losing a finger or two).
Makes a badger look well adjusted. Nothin’ but teeth and claw under a thick burlap of hair that curls over but never actually covers its face.
It has no predatory controller. Insects and ticks dont dare bite it. Even its own kind avoids it. Which begs the question, how does it mate?
It’s just….MEAN, cruel, horrible, and nasty.
FASA 365 Day 338, Plectrum Duplex Maxilla,
(Quilled Double Jaw Raptor) 150ft Carnivore
Double Jawed for breaking down and grinding up “armored” prey.
The more boney matter it eats the more plentiful the quills; processed by its body and manifested onto its head and spine.
This is a young specimen. As he ages and eats the quills will run down its back and tail.
FASA 365 Day 337, Aquilae (Crested Eagle) 4-5 ft.
Small for an eagle. Unlike the Cockatoo the crest does not lay down, resembling that of a mohawk.
With a squared off head, scraggly neck, and disproportionate beak; an altogether oddity of bird.
FASA 365 Day 336, Crocodilum, (Crocodile Man) 12-15ft, tip to tail. Carnivore Not a lizard man. This is a horizontally evolved mutation of crocodile and human. Amphibious. And able to digest… anything it can bite down on. Lung capacity, swimming ability, strength, everything the crocodile has as a predator in and out of the water… with human cunning.
Artists Note: Welcome to the homestretch. 31 days left to this challenge. What happens next? Publising? Maybe. Reach out to FASA and tell them you want it, IF theres enough demand… maybe.
FASA 365 Day 335, Magna Pede Collis Bestia, (Large Foot Hill Beast), Herbivore, 50ft
Mid to low hill creature. Woodland guard and Gentle Shepherd of the wild things.
Often misunderstood.
When high grazing sheep and cattle find themselves on precarious cliffs, the Large Foot gets them down but not to eat.
Then again, he has been known to direct and or point starving predators toward stray grazers… fair is fair after all.
